Plant advertises for purchase

On balance of JSC “Rogachev plant “Diaproektor” there are three buildings of former subsidiary plot: pigsty for 500 pigs, pigsty for 330 pigs, building for fattening young animals of cattle. Location of pigsties: Gomel region, Rogachev, Zarechnaya str., 130/1 (pigsty for 500 pigs), 130/2 (pigsty for 330 pigs). Location of building for fattening young animals of cattle: Gomel region, Rogachev district, Sloboda village of Staroselsk soviet of the village.

Pigsty for 500 pigs, date of construction 1986, registration number 58/00 from 19.06.2000. Site area 1884,8 m2, overall area of building 1679,1 m2.

Pigsty for 330 pigs, date of construction 1990, registration number 57/00 from 19.06.2000. Site area 1108,73 m2, overall area of building 1011,83 m2.

Building for fattening young animals of cattle, date of construction 1991, overall area of building 1421 m2.

Above-listed buildings are not used since 1998.
