Information about investments of capital and enterprise innovative developments

Since 2006, innovative project of technical extension has been implemented on JSC "Rogachev plant "Diaproektor”.

Decentralization of central compressor station was carried out together with installation of new screw compressors in mechanical, forming, optical and casting productions. Adoption of these measures made it possible to exclude operation of central compressor station and spare 279 t. of equivalent fuel.

Power-saving measures in casting production: replacement of induction furnace ИАТ by more efficient furnace ПП-2000М. Annual saving of energy resources - 171,5 t. of equivalent fuel.

For welding details of pressure transducers new automatized laser jet LRS-150A was purchased to replace previously used electron beam welding system, which made it possible to increase depth of weld seam in three times, dramatically increase efficiency of this operation and decrease power inputs considerably (power efficiency 157,6 t. of equivalent fuel).

We purchased three turning-revolver centers with numerical program control of SL-20THE model for mechanical production.

Modernization of galvanic production has already begun, which includes purchase of 14 rectifiers ВИЦ 400/12 and ВИЦ 630/12.

In the large, in the framework of realization of project of technical extension of production total volume of investments in basic capital resulted in 2209 mln. Br. during the period of 2006-2008.

In 2006, system of automatic control of thermal conditions was introduced in mechanical and casting productions. Establishing of necessary technological temperature conditions was implemented at the expense of space heating with gas infrared radiators and gas heat-generators.

Large-scale investment project was carried out on the enterprise in 2008 - arrangement of area with respect to production of electric and heat energy on the base of gas-piston machines. Cogenerative machine Quanto C 1000 was installed (which electric power equals to 1050 kW). Investment dollars - 2824 mln. Br. Purpose of this project - production of own energy for needs of plant, including technological processes and space heating. Annual quantity of produced energy - 6 200 000 kilowatt-hour, produced thermal energy - 7 192 000 kilowatt-hour (6200 Gcal).

In the current year (2009) realization of project of technical extension of production continues, modernization of zinc plating area in galvanic production continues, project of automatic control of thermal conditions in blank production continues.
